Return & Refund Policy
At Cross to Crown, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Every order also helps support our mission of serving widows, orphans, and the homeless while spreading the Gospel in Pakistan.
Returns
Because our products are made and shipped through international suppliers, we currently accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with proof of the issue (such as photos of the damaged or incorrect product).
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind after purchase
• Minor color differences due to screen display
• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing an order.
Refunds
If your return request is approved, we will offer one of the following:
• A replacement item, or
• A full or partial refund to your original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, because orders are processed quickly with our fulfillment partners.
